Just a bowl of ......
My 'Just a bowl of ..." series has allowed me to indulge my love of ceramics whilst offering a challenge to create something of interest within the confines of a simple, defined subject . It has forced me to work with lighting, colour, backdrops , focus ,styling within limits and to concentrate on technique. It has been a great exercise made enjoyable of course by the fact that all of the subjects so far have been edible and delicious !
